Caring for our scrubs is super easy, just throw them in the washing machine after your shift. Wash at up to 60 degrees and hang out to dry. Our scrubs are crease resistant, so you won’t need to waste any of your precious down-time with an iron in hand. If you wanted to iron them for any reason, do so with a warm (not hot) iron.

Sending your order back to us is completely free, and you don't need to go through the rigmarole of contacting us first before you do this. Please return within 28 days of delivery and follow the instructions on our returns page to receive your free Royal Mail returns label.
We are unable to offer any exchanges; simply return the items to us and place a new order.

Once we have received your return, we aim to process it within 5 working days. Once we have processed the return, you will receive email confirmation and the amount should land in your bank account within 1-4 days, depending on bank handling times.
Unfortunately, once you have placed an order, we are unable to cancel it. However, when it arrives, you can simply follow the steps on our returns page to send it back to us, free of charge.
We currently only ship within mainland UK, however, we hope to offer international shipping in the near future.

Choose our standard delivery service and your order will be with you within 2-5 working days. For peace of mind, orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked delivery.
UK Next Working Day Delivery - £7.95
In a hurry? Order before 3pm Monday-Friday and select the Next Working Day delivery option. We’ll dispatch your order via DPD, UPS or Royal Mail courier for delivery on the next working day (excludes weekends and bank holidays). Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. Due to DPD & UPS delivery restrictions, this service is not available to some remote area postcodes. This service may not be available during certain periods.
